General Presentation
I am a 26 years old target oriented professional always looking forward new projects and to tackle new challenges. I am Finnish French and after graduating from my BBA in France, I decided 15 months ago to renew with my Finnish origins and move to Finland. Shortly after my arrival I started to work at Management Events as Project Coordinator and Project Manager for new market.
I have worked in various industries and I have had a range of responsibilities, thanks to my different work positions I have developed a strong interest for the following responsibilities:
• Customer relationship Management with B-to-C or B-to-B customers
• Building and Maintaining contact (emails, Text messages, Phone calls or meetings) with clients
• Marketing and Communication Strategy
• administration and guarantee of databases quality
These responsibilities are in accordance with my personality and why I find thrive in my work. I am organized, logic in my reasoning and in parallel I am a very social person and like to interact with people, it is why I appreciate to be in direct contact with Customers. In addition thanks to my current position at Management Events I also realized how much I value to work in a multicultural environment, I found it enriching.
My goal for my career is to continue in the future to work within a dynamic and international company that enables me to get together my skills and interest of B-to-C or B-to-B Customer Satisfactions with my knowledge of French and Finnish market and culture
My rule for each new project that I am trusted with is to be committed a 100% and aim high! I also consider that in order to improve your work and results it is crucial to be humble and open minded along with strong determination and self-confidence.
• Market Feasibility study, including cost research, benchmarking and screening competitions.
• Building and managing CXO level customer’s databases. Administrate the database and guarantee its quality.
• Prospection work, contacting and developing relationships with CXO clients. Execute phone meetings in order to sell the concept and research the industries.
• Building and maintaining a high quality relationship with customers via emails and phone.
• Close cooperation with the Marketing and production teams to develop the project.
• Measuring, analyzing and reporting performance.
